Routine (Music: Letting Go by Isaac Shepard)
  1. Raise right arm and drop, raise left arm and drop
  2. Fowards followed by backwards pivot on left foot
  3. Inside twizzle on left foot followed by inside twizzle on right foot
  4. Arabesque spiral on left foot
  5. Flip
  6. Outside 3 turn on left foot followed by inside 3 turn on right foot
  7. 2x backward crossovers anticlockwise
  8. Backwards spiral on right outside edge
  9. Salchow jump
  10. Two backwards crossovers into one-footed spin
  11. Step sequence
    1. 2x one small three jump followed by two backwards cross rolls
    2. Outside three turn on right foot and step to front
    3. Left inside mohawk followed by right inside mohawk
    4. Inside twizzle on left foot followed by inside twizzle on right foot
    5. Drag on left foot
    6. Cherry flip / Toe loop jump
  12. Three forward crossovers into loop jump
  13. Two backwards crossovers into basic camel spin
To Improve
  • Camel spin - keeping hips still
  • Broken leg sit spin - dip lower and keep balanced
  • Flip - practice more until the slips are rare
  • Splits - improve flexibility as much as possible to aim for different spiral and camel spin variations
