- Outside 3 turn on left foot followed by inside 3 turn on right foot

To Improve
- Camel spin - keeping hips still
- Broken leg sit spin - dip lower and keep balanced
- Flip - practice more until the slips are rare
- Splits - improve flexibility as much as possible to aim for different spiral and camel spin variations
